**Role Details**:
At any one time, you'll have a handful of projects with small, medium and large businesses, working across a vast range of different tasks including user experience studies, website strategy, customer journey mapping and qualitative and quantitative market research. As the Marketing & Research Consultant, you will drive the delivery of client projects, covering the following requirements:

- Strategic Digital-Focused Consulting_
- Providing effective and creative consulting services that produce strategic deliverables that meet client requirements
- Project managing timelines, organising calendars, liaising with clients/suppliers, and working collaboratively with all internal teams to keep all deliverables running on time and to brief
- Running well-organised and effective client-facing workshops to probe into different areas of their business, take stakeholders on the journey, and achieve consulting goals
- Conducting Effective Market Research_
- Research Planning - developing clear and structured qualitative and quantitative research plans to meet research goals and avoid bias
- Research Execution - creating surveys, depth interviews or focus group materials, coordinating recruitment, managing responses, owning/organising research facilitation and managing recording
- Research Consolidation - undertaking qualitative and quantitative data analysis, pulling insights and findings and building these into actionable reports for clients
- Strategy & Report Writing_
- Using marketing and digital frameworks to develop strategies for your clients
- Writing customised research reports tailored to your clients from your own research, understanding the client's delivery format required (short-form, long form, visual, etc)
- Creating documents, powerpoints, mockups and plans that are polished & client-ready
- Undertaking desktop research, competitor analysis, website reviews and using other tools to assess performance and make recommendations
- Effective Stakeholder Engagement_
- Running discovery, strategy, and requirement gathering discussions with clients to ensure proposed projects will solve their business problems
- Ensuring positive and professional client experience centred in creating strong partnerships throughout the entire client lifecycle

**Your Experience**:
We are open to fresh grads wanting a consulting career to those who have worked in a boutique or large consulting firm with a couple of years experience want to join a growing, agile consulting team where they can have more ownership of their work.

We'll be looking for:

- A track record as a high achiever that strives to exceed expectations - be it at uni, in previous work experience or wider projects
- The natural ability to build relationships across a diverse client base and the internal team
- The ability to be across the detail - you can back up your big ideas and client relationships by producing quality work deliverables
- An analytical mind with a baseline level of skill in data analysis including using spreadsheets, undertaking analysis or modelling and producing reports
- Exceptional written and verbal communication - ability to articulate ideas and present to varying client stakeholders and seniority
- A self-starter attitude to lead your own projects and maturity to work autonomously even when projects may have little direction
- Confidence to back your work and present to clients
- Previous experience in providing exceptional client service in a professional environment - a B2B or previous marketing environment will be highly regarded
