**Experienced Sales Professional**

**About the role**

The Sales Executive role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services by effectively listing properties, managing the sales and selling properties in a manner that exceeds the customer expectations. Success in this position will depend upon the individual’s self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm to surpass the sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

Working in a team environment, the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment, drive and the ability to work enthusiastically within our team in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and listings
- Attend Open homes and Auctions
- Diary Management/organise appointments
- Liaise and negotiate effectively with vendors and buyers
- Manage and maintain database entry
- Prepare for auction and open homes
- An understanding of the relevant legislation and compliance requirements that governs the real estate industry
- Endeavour to maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets.
- Attend Sales Training provided by the office
- Achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales targets as set by management. Maintain familiarity with all office listings and manage listings assigned by management, including regularly liaising with vendors, prospective buyers, solicitors, councils and any other essential party.
- Demonstrate a commitment to satisfying the requirements to uphold a real estate licence or certificate under relevant real estate legislation
- Assist the organisation in gaining a better market share by identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies.
- Continually identify further business opportunities through effectively liaising with other related businesses and colleagues.
- Ensure potential customers receive reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.

**Skills and experience**
- Possess a current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
- Possess a current Agents Representative Certificate or Licence
- Have experience working in Real Estate Sales
- Have a passion for Real Estate and display confidence with an outgoing personality
- Can build rapport quickly
- Have demonstrated resilience and an ability to handle setbacks calmly
