An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and highly experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join the TEG Live marketing team.

We’re looking for a digital forward, commercially driven integrated marketer with a passion for live events to join our growing marketing team.

Working closely with the Tour Managers and reporting into the Marketing Manager, of TEG Live Touring, this role will be the day-to-day lead, and internal expert and champion across a breadth of tours -from EDM, to Country, Desi Pop to K-POP, and everything in between Accountable for end-to-end management and delivery of highly strategic and sales focused campaigns, the role will see you working closely with artists’ management /rights holders and tour managers to sell out concert halls, arenas and stadiums around the AUNZ

**The Role**
- Developing and executing tailored and comprehensive marketing strategies for TEG Live tours and live events, ensuring all campaigns deliver on commercial KPIs and targets.
- End-to-end integrated campaign management and delivery of creative, cut-through, sales-focused campaigns across owned, earned and paid media channels.
- Developing entertaining and engagement content for the TEG Live socials and eDM program
- Working closely with our Agencies to develop cut through creative and highly targeted Digital campaigns.
- Building and developing an extensive and effective network of great brand and media partners.
- Developing local tactical content and managing approvals.
- Managing tour marketing budgets.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of PR strategy with various freelancers and Agencies as required, ensuring the seamless integration of publicity and promotional schedules from launch through to show dates.
- Close collaboration with the Sponsorship and Commercial teams to ensure delivery of benefits to media & marketing partners (tickets, hospitality, money can’t buy opportunities).

**The Person**
- Deep knowledge of mainstream and underground music and events (both recent and historically).
- Extensive digital marketing experience across Owned and Paid Channels.
- Extensive experience in integrated marketing strategy development and campaign implementation across Owned, Earned and Paid Media channels.
- Senior Agency management skills - Media, Digital, PR and Social.
- Be commercially minded with an understanding of business needs and financial performance drivers for TEG Live.
- Experience managing budgets effectively.
- Proactive self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them.
- A communicative person that values building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and motivated to fully complete all tasks that a project may require.
- Well organised, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines.
- A willingness to work odd hours and weekends - the music business is a 24/7 industry.
