**The Company**
Our client is a high-performance award-winning team based south of the river. With further development & innovation plans rolling out in 2023/24, they now require an experienced Head of Department with strong leadership skills to step into this newly created role due to growth. This position will enhance the leadership team to allow for further growth.

**The Position**
- Overseeing a large property management team consisting of Senior Property Managers, Leasing & Inspection Agents & the support team.
- Day-to-day troubleshooting, guidance & mentoring
- Building and nurturing key internal relationships
- Recruitment, onboarding and regular 1:1's with your team
- Assisting with training & development of junior staff

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Head of Department or Team Leader experience in residential property management
- A caring and empathetic nature
- A solutions person who is also results-driven
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a collaborative approach
- Strong knowledge of the RTA
