**About the opportunity**

As the Marketing Executive your purpose will be to help develop and coordinate marketing campaigns and programs, to promote all SLSA areas, activities and mission.

This is a full-time hybrid position reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager. Our offices are located in the iconic Bondi Icebergs building. You will have access to the gym and pool, training and development opportunities and be part of a supportive and professional team. There is also the option to work from our Bowen Hills office in Brisbane.

Job Description

**Your focus will be**:
50% Campaign Management - Develop, execute, and evaluate SLSA marketing campaigns, ensuring they are in line with centralised strategy, business needs, and mission.

30% Delivery of Assets - Ensure campaign and brand assets are delivered timely, effectively, and in line with company standards.

20% Stakeholder Relationships - Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, allowing to effectively implement SLSA marketing plans.

**Key Responsibilities/Deliverables of the role include**:
Marketing Campaigns
- Work with the Senior Manager Marketing and other stakeholders to develop and maintain effective multi-channel marketing campaigns/plans
- Ensure campaigns are developed for the right audiences and adapted to different channels based on specific objectives

Marketing Budget
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement Marketing Plan & Budget
- Ensure campaign plans and budgets are adhered to
- Deviations are detected and discussed with Senior Marketing Manager (real and possible)

Reporting
- Monthly, quarterly, and annually basis reports are created and provided to Senior Marketing Manager

Delivery of assets
- Ensure SLSA assets and resources and in place when required (i.e., at events, meetings, etc)
- Follow up with stakeholders the correct and timely delivery of projects or assets

Branding

External Marketing partners
- Be a point of contact between SLSA and external agencies
- Ensure all external creative resources are approved by the correct team member

Communication
- Regular contact with key external stakeholders - to maintain a collaborative, positive working relationship
- External requests/ inquiries are responded in maximum 48 hours

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in the areas of Marketing, Communications, or relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a Brand or Marketing position (minimum 3 years)
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising or previous experience working in the community services sector - highly desirable
