- Reporting into the CEO of Market Reach the primary focus of the Sales Manager role is to research and develop marketing opportunities and plan and implement new sales plans.- This role is also responsible for:
- Maintaining and growing the existing Market Reach business.
- Expanding the operation to a wider healthcare audience.
- Introducing new planned services and opportunities to fulfil the needs of existing clients.
- Developing relationships with existing clients as well as targeting new clients.
- Improving, identifying and delivering ways to improve sales growth.

**About you**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales solution selling
- Proven track record in sales to budget.
- Excellent selling and well-developed customer service skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and cost management.
- Proven track record Superb organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; coupled with a professional approach.
- Proven capacity to assess risk and provide risk-based recommendations.
- Good general IT and computer skills with sound working knowledge of MS suite

- Desirable: Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or pharmacy industry
- Desirable: Experience and a track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets
- Essential: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Excel
