As a Loan Writer you will be responsible for outsourcing new business relationships and maintaining existing connections as well as processing and tracking loans from submission through to settlement.

**What you will be doing**:

- Process and track loans from submission through to settlement.
- Ensure customer supporting documentation is completed accurately and managed in accordance with privacy legislation.
- Client relationship management both pre and post settlement.
- Outsourcing new business relationship and maintain existing connections.
- Meet customers face to face for new business opportunity **.**

**What do you need?**
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Lending Specialist/Mortgage Broker.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Business pipeline management skills.
- Certificate IV in financial services (preferred)
