As a Loan Writer you will be responsible for outsourcing new business relationships and maintaining existing connections as well as processing and tracking loans from submission through to settlement.

• Process and track loans from submission through to settlement.
• Ensure customer supporting documentation is completed accurately and managed in accordance with privacy legislation.
• Client relationship management both pre and post settlement.
• Outsourcing new business relationship and maintain existing connections.
• Meet customers face to face for new business opportunity
  .

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Lending Specialist/Mortgage Broker.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Business pipeline management skills.
• Certificate IV in financial services (preferred)
