The People Portfolio continues to evolve and transform to embed innovation, connection and forward-thinking people centric programs, frameworks and practices that will shape UniSQ’s culture and workforce of the future.

As the Advisor (Workplace Relations and Wellness) you will be a first point of contact in the People Partnerships and Workplace Relations team to provide support and guidance on a broad range of Workplace Relations and Wellness activities. This will include assisting with the coordination of well-being programs and initiatives, and supporting the proactive resolution of a range of workplace relations and wellbeing matters.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support leaders and employees with enquires relating to workplace relations and wellness.
- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of strategies and frameworks aligned in the delivery of appropriate wellness programs and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Senior People Partners, Workplace Relations, Rehabilitation and other People Portfolio professionals.

**Your skills and experiences will include**:

- Appropriate qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Rehabilitation Manage Human Resources, Law, Rehabilitation Management, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience within Human Resources
- Knowledge of workplace relations legislation
- Demonstrated problem solving that is reasonable and aligned to best practice outcomes
- Analytical skills that inform the ability to develop creative solutions to workplace challenges.

**Salary**: Total remuneration range $97,272.36 to $105,349.75 (includes salary range of $82,190.42 to $89,015.42 pa, employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% of salary and annual leave loading)
