The Cabin Crew Base Operations Support role will be responsible for providing in person operational support for the cabin crew and ground-based leadership team within Qantas Domestic Cabin Crew, ensuring consistency of process and maintaining a high level of customer service.

In this role, you will undertake all the operational support functions and provide support to ensure financial, operational, customer and people targets can be achieved. This will include, assisting with daily queries, preparing briefs, coordinating crew engagement events, supporting the coordination of tasks for onboarding and departure of crew, providing general support and ensuring orderly running of cabin crew base.

You’ll have
- Excellent time management with the ability to connect and support key stakeholders to achieve outcomes- Operations and customer service professionalism with a demonstrated depth of experience- Ability to manage and drive multiple activities simultaneously- Strong written, verbal and persuasive communications skills- A good understanding of the Qantas Group and how we support our people to achieve business goals- A self-management orientation including achievement, flexibility and adaptability- Role model for the Qantas beliefs
