Exciting Opportunity - Recruiting Urgently - 2-Month Contract

Our client, a global agency for one of the biggest electronic giants, is looking for an Office Manager to help support them with their day-to-day activities.

Based in their modern and funky offices located in Homebush (free parking) (3 days) & Surry Hills (2 days), we are looking for an outstanding Office Manager/Receptionist available for an immediate start on a temporary basis to represent this tech and e-commerce global company.

**Benefits**:

- Full-time - 9am - 5pm
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park & Surry Hills
- Start ASAP
- Pay: $35/hr - $45/hr + Super
- View to extend or convert to FTE

What Will You Be Doing?
- Overseeing the reception area and office facilities
- Meet and greet clients, visitors, and guests
- Answer inbound phone calls and manage busy switchboard
- Maintaining and updating office processes and procedures
- Coordinating meetings and functions
- Update website and preparation of marketing material as required

Who Are You?
- You have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks.
- An ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

- Strong administration skills and exceptional customer service abilities
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
