**About the role**
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in developing compelling proposals that reflect the ADP vision.This role will make a difference to our business and team in the following ways:

- You will be supporting the National Bid Manager with co-ordinating bids, data input for reporting and forecasting; and assisting with marketing collateral.
- Managing all bid coordination activity, including creation, writing, reviews and upload.
- Tailored writing and detailed formatting of non-technical content in Word and PowerPoint including CVs, project summaries, executive summaries, organisation charts, capability statements.
- Maintaining local inputs to bid library - standard text, CVs, project experience.
- AD-hoc assistance with events and other business development activities.
- You will also support the greater bid writing team located across our Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne office.

**About you**
As a Bid Coordinator you promote a cohesive work and team environment and demonstrate proactive work ethic. As well as this you have:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- A high level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including the use of Outlook and Microsoft programs.
- Strong communication and interactive skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people including senior executives, other employees and clients.
- An ability to work autonomously.
- An ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sydney would be beneficial but not essential.
