This role works closely with the National Family Marketing Lead to develop strategies and campaigns designed to support marketing initiatives at the local and national level. This is great opportunity to join a positive and values-based team working together to communicate the vision of Goodstart.

**Your Impact**:
Develop and execute local area marketing initiatives to drive new family enquiries.
Provide expertise, coaching and guidance to continually develop the marketing skills and performance of the centre network.
Monitor, manage and analyse strategies to deliver optimum results and meet enquiry targets.
Deliver training and develop resources to support the centre network.
Leverage the Goodstart brand at a local level, driving new family leads to support occupancy targets.
Work with internal teams and agencies to execute marketing activities including digital advertising, social media, in-centre promotions, printed collateral, merchandise, sponsorships and local events.
Monitor and action individual centre requests for local marketing activity.
Utilise marketing portals to support all campaign activity and drive centre engagement.
Work collaboratively with the digital marketing and family support teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed of marketing initiatives and campaign development.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Hold a Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
Have a minimum of five years’ demonstrated marketing experience.
Be able to demonstrate success in developing and executing tactical marketing initiatives to drive acquisition.
Project and campaign management - highly organised, with good attention to detail.
Experience in managing external agencies.
Experience using digital and social media tools.
The ability to work in a team and build effective cross-functional relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience within a ‘services’ marketing or franchise environment
