As the Portfolio Leader you will possess a thorough understanding of portfolio composition and performance drivers.
Supporting the delivery of the Brand Portfolio Strategy by identifying, designing, and implementing tactical initiatives and programs of work which maximise short and long term business objectives, you will be required to balance customer, cost and revenue targets and engage and manage relationship stakeholders across Portfolio, functional business units and the Virtual Brand Team (VBT) to support alignment of brand objectives and manage and mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**What you’ll do**
- Support the delivery of the Brand Portfolio Strategy by identifying, designing, and implementing tactical initiatives and programs of work which maximise short and long term business objectives
- Analyse portfolio performance metrics across all channels and identify opportunities to improve growth, margin or other key metrics
- Work with the Portfolio manager and portfolio advisors to streamline initiative delivery across product, promotion and regulatory and compliance activity
- Lead tactical VBT activity across delivery partners to support mid-term brand performance
- Drive portfolio budgeting/forecasting process and analysis, understanding key levers that impact performance
- Evaluate the performance of product/pricing initiatives to determine impacts and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete reviews of competitor activity across product and price to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and trends in the brand’s key market
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes and knowledge sharing to improve team productivity and delivery lead times

- Established analytical skills, financial understanding and knowledge of budget and reporting processes
- Critical and strategic thinking with the ability to analyse situations accurately and reach balanced decisions
