Guardian Childcare and Education Springfield Lakes offers a purpose-built centre across three levels. Children will thrive in five beautiful, light-filled play spaces designed to inspire curiosity, fun, learning, and a sense of belonging. Our two architecturally designed outdoor play spaces ignite adventure and curiosity. With an on-site kitchen opening to a piazza, communal mealtimes are filled with delight. Surrounded by parklands and cafes, our centre offers a stunning lakeside view, creating an inspiring learning environment.

Completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children’s Services
Prior experience in long day-care
Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Current Working with Children’s Check
