How to Make the Starting Lineup:

- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience
- Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- RSA certificate and TAB certificate

- Proven experience as a bartender mixing, serving, and providing great customer service
- Ability to promote our loyalty program to customers
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compliance with all food and beverage regulations
- Ability to assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Willingness to support on the floor when required - all-rounder skills
- A love for sports is a huge plus
