We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Bartender to join our team and take our cocktail program to new heights.

**Position Overview**:
As the Lead Bartender, you will be at the heart of our cocktail bar, responsible for curating and crafting beautiful cocktails that delight our guests. Your role will involve not only bartending but also organizing and leading the bar team, ensuring that every drink served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create an innovative cocktail menu that reflects our brand’s aesthetic and vision.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails with flair and precision.
- Train, mentor, and lead the bar staff to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain an organized and efficient bar area.
- Engage with guests, providing a welcoming and personalized experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek ways to enhance our cocktail offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong portfolio of cocktail creations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of cocktail ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for mixology and a creative approach to cocktail making.

Contract length: 10 days

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
