**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a highly engaging Training Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating (plan, schedule, implement, record, maintain, communicate) technical and non-technical training programs for UH-60M program.**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Review and maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Oversee and coordinate training schedule for all levels of training requirements
- Course training
- Compliance training
- Recertification / Certification
- Liaise and coordinate with the Program Services Manager to create and maintain a Training Calendar
- Review and maintain training records database.
- Perform tasks including Action end of course filing, certificate production, and notifications under guidance from Program Services Manager
- Review and maintain Approvals Database
- Review and maintain / Review Training Support Plan.
- Review and maintain Training SharePoint and Confluence sites.
- Review and maintain / Control Course and Approval Summary files and courseware.
- Liaise and coordinate with external training providers for essential desirable training events for personnel.
- Undertake and perform Induction of new personnel.
- Analyse and maintain a training calendar based on information gleaned from recertification database and annual training plans supplied by department managers.

**About you**:

- Experience in SharePoint
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems (SharePoint / ATLAS) and web delivery tools
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Experience with e-learning platform
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current baseline Defence Security Clearance, or be eligible to hold a baseline Defence Security Clearance.
- The location of the role will be in Brisbane, QLD, AUS
