**Remuneration**: Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $93,295 - $102,941 plus super and leave loading
**Location**: Based in Parramatta with flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, including work from home options (35-hour week)

**About You and Your New Role**

Are you ready to make a significant impact on education in New South Wales? As a School Recruitment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and placing teachers and support staff across NSW Public Schools. Your expertise in administration, phone-based work and following processes will be essential in effectively managing school-related vacancies. Working closely with school principals and executive staff, you’ll provide advice based on complex processes and staffing agreements and procedures.

**Your Qualities, Skills and Experience to Thrive in This Role**:

- Strong Administrative Abilities: Efficiently manage teacher and support staff placements, document management and tracking.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Negotiating placements with school staff and Principals, liaising with stakeholders
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Think on your feet and address challenges and questions that arise through the process.
- Collaborative Nature: Work effectively within a team and have a solution focused mindset.
- Attention to Detail: Following steps and processes concisely ensures we tick all the boxes along the way.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the values of public education.

**Key knowledge**
- Relevant experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of the NSW Department of Education’s Strategic Plan.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
