**Role**: Maintenance Technician - OneSubsea

**Location**: Kewdale, WA

**Type of contract**: Permanent

**Roster**: Full Time

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. This role focuses on streamlining maintenance processes to maximize asset uptime and optimize the productivity of the maintenance team, ensuring that equipment is available and operational when needed.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques for pinpointing and addressing electrical and mechanical faults, thereby minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain. Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
- Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the maintenance baSe to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
- Implement strategies to reduce maintenance-related downtime of subsea assets, optimizing equipment availability for operations.
- Conduct detailed maintenance and repair of subsea systems and mechanical components, following stringent safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to streamline maintenance processes, aiming for continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize and update maintenance management systems to track equipment status, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
- Participate in tool box talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments to uphold a culture of safety and compliance within all maintenance activities.
- Actively engage in training and development opportunities to remain proficient in the latest subsea equipment technologies and maintenance practices.
- Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- General duties associated with the Service task and engineering task

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Reside in Australia and have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore
- No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company’s requirement
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical or Electronics is preferred
- At least 10 yrs experience in in oil & gas or relevant industry desireable
- Ability to maintain, prepare and dispatch of Subsea equipment
- Ability to maintain high quality of service delivery, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation
- Experience in maintaining Subsea equipment, such as XMAS tree’s; Tubing Hangers; THRT’s and controls equipment
- Experience in Maximo
- Experience in P&ID drawings, navigated data books, and performed QA-related tasks related to Surface Well Test equipment and operations
- Ability to run required services, supervise operations and managing people, interact with clients and other related parties
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Experienced in SAP
