Overview:
**Your Role**

We are currently searching for a passionate Claims Assistant to join our HBCF team on a permanent full-time basis with a flexible hybrid approach, working in our Sydney CBD office and WFH.

**Responsibilities**:
**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Supporting positive customer experiences with the timely and accurate entry of invoices
- Providing claim support activities within agreed service level timeframes
- Performing a variety of administrative duties and assisting with document management to support teams of Claims Consultant
- Ensuring attention to detail and claim information is correct and up to date
- Adhering to relevant compliance, including privacy and security requirements

Qualifications:
**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess**:

- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Administration or Customer Service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- PC literacy and Microsoft Office experience
