Our opportunity

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Provide an exceptional experience for your senior leaders through proactively managing diaries and conflicting priorities in advance.
Building a collaborative partnership with your manager and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Be an integral part of The Culture Club, by partnering with the lead of the initiative to curate ideas and opportunities for engagement that promote fun and a great team culture within Digital.
Organising activities, engagement initiatives, conferences and events.
Organising meetings and room bookings and preparing and distributing minutes/action items in a timely fashion.
Collating and distributing documentation for submission, approvals and sign off where required.
Proactively assist with administration requirements for the team, including but not limited to mail distribution, printing, photocopying, IT equipment, cabcharges, stationary and business card orders.
Accurately processing invoices and expenses and following up on payment in accordance with allocated deadlines.
Driving improvements and maximising efficiency of administration processes and assisting with maintaining appropriate systems and procedures.
Competing tasks accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard.
Working collaboratively with the wider division to deliver divisional initiatives and contributing to the implementation of the strategy.
Adhering to Mirvac policies and procedures and internal reporting deadlines, and providing accurate and high-quality reports, and quick responses to requests for information.
Assisting with any projects, or undertaking additional duties as reasonably required.
Supporting HR people requirements by approving recruitment and employee change requests, organising signing of documentation, facilitating the onboarding and training of new employees, and ensuring accurate access and set up on commencement date.

Your point of difference

To be successful you will have 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities and exposure in the property or finance industry (highly desirable but not essential)

Advanced level of IT proficiency, a proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems

Resilience, commercial/financial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to leverage relationships and a team player attitude is a must.

Finally, you will have exceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
