We have an opportunity for a **Junior Workforce Coordinator** to join our Govt & IFM team based in Melbourne.

**Role**

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the efficient operations of the Contract by providing a customer (internal and external) focused Workforce support to the operations’ teams, through planned roster management, payroll compliance and accuracy, education and governance which meets business and contract requirements, complies with legislative standards and is in accordance with corporate strategy and direction.
- Ensuring payroll enquiries are investigated and actioned in a timely manner and communicated back to the impacted team member.
- Support the compliance with Visa and RIW etc.
- Attend weekly Operations Meetings and present key Workforce Management inputs.
- Build working relationships with functional managers and influence workforce management practices to achieve best practice.
- Ensure the continued adoption and development of best practice in Time Management (planned and actual)
- Enforce the compliance with document policies and procedures which support workforce management.

**About You**
- 12 months of administration experience
- Desired workforce coordination experience in a similar business environment
- Demonstrable experience Quintiq / SAP (Desired)
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders / clients, peers and colleagues.
- Experience in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to drive and support the operations team.
- Analytical, able to problem solve and can communicate and collaborate with all levels of the business.
- Highly motivated to learn and succeed, a team player with intermediate Microsoft suite skills.
