**About the role**

Australian Retirement Trust (ART) are on the hunt for our next **HR Systems Analyst** to join us on a permanent basis. As a key member of our People Business Partnering and Operations team, you will be involved in the day-to-day maintenance and operational activities of ART’s HRIS - Oracle HCM. You will work closely with our HR Systems Specialist and HRIS vendor in the maintenance of the system and will continually assess business needs and opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall experience of our employees and leaders within ART.

This role will see you lead the end-to-end user acceptance testing of releases and resolution of identified defects, supporting other system enhancements and process improvements whilst ensuring the accuracy and timely maintenance of HRIS systems including interfaces with other systems. The successful HR System Analyst will work closely with our People Operations team in the delivery of accurate and timely services including data entry, reporting and other services.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include some or most of the below:

- Demonstrated experience with HRIS Systems and reporting capabilities, preferably with Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Experience in HRIS system design, development, process mapping, documentation and user support.
- Experience in conducting system testing, identifying and resolving defects and ensuring data integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to think laterally to devise solutions and address complex problems.
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities to meet business expectations.
- Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
