Wing Hong Foods is an established food manufacturing business based in Botany currently seeking Process Workers / Machine Operators for full time work.

**Skills or Experience Required**:

- Must have at least 24 months experience in a food manufacturing and process environment
- Experience using a variety of knives, hand tools, and powered equipment
- Experience assembling, operating and cleaning machinery such as mincers, dicers, mixers, slicers, sausage fillers, and thermoforming machines
- AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

**Job Requirements**:

- Working with Pork & Duck Meat
- Visual Quality Check of products, packing into cartons and stacking onto pallets
- Assemble and operate machinery
- Cleaning duties as required - maintaining cleanliness of machinery and work area
- Manual handling up to 25kgs
- Working in a cold room environment
- Punctual, reliable, hardworking, and motivated
- Ability to work within a team, and unsupervised
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and Product Quality Assurance
- Work hours from 7am to 4pm, and able to work overtime when required

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
