About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Owner Driver to join our team at FedEx Express. As an Owner Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting parcels to our customers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a privately-owned or leased van (1 or 2 tonne vehicle) and ensure it is properly maintained
  • Manage your own business, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Comprehensive motor vehicle and compulsory third-party insurance
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Ability to provide driving history record
  • Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility (training available)
