Brush Cutter/mower Operator

Skout Solutions and Ventia are seeking Brush cutter Operators at the Mornington Peninsula Shire. This role will carry out general mowing duties along the Mornington Peninsula working in reserves and open spaces, as well as being capable to assist the greater Parks and Roadsides team when the need arises.

Roles are on a temporary basis Monday-Friday 38 hours a week with an attractive hourly rate of $32.34 per hour. The role is for 3 months with an opportunity for permanent.

Key activities:

- Brush cutting
- Edging
- Blowing
- Weed Control

Skills and Experience:

- Current vehicle licence
- Mowing experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience with operation of minor tools and equipment (brush cutters and blowers, hedge trimmers)

As a part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to obtain an Australian Police check and a Pre-Employment Assessment as part of our background checks.
