**Materials Planner**
**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**
- Residential Full Time Position- responsibility for the sourcing of contractor repair service delivery and ancillary resource requirements, you will
- ensure conformance to site standards and processes to support both the planning and maintenance execution
- teams.**About the Role**
- Work closely with shutdown planners to identify, track and expedite (if required) parts that are at-risk for

delivery in time for maintenance works;
- Responsible for materials management before, during and post shut execution;
- Be the central point of focus for all inventory changes required by maintenance, including stock level changes,

new stock requests, alternative parts suppliers and updating technical data;
- Responsible for all parts and materials technical queries;
- Key point of contact with materials vendors - identifying and correcting parts issues and discrepancies with

vendors, managing supply chain lead times, organizing site visits when required and engaging alternative
vendors for product improvements;
- Custodian for all materials trials, including technical evaluation, performance tracking and change

management; and
- Management of offsite repairables, including being the vendor liaison point for decision making.
- Some prior experience working within a maintenance planning function;
- Knowledge of maintenance planning principles and procedures and computerised maintenance planning

systems;
- Computer literate with knowledge of spreadsheets, database, scheduling (MS Project) and word processing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Self-starter and able to work unsupervised;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation; and
- Ability to work in and develop a team environment.
