About the Role:
Due to recent growth in our Fundraising team we have a brand new permanent, full time vacancy for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Blackburn, Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements. We are looking for a hands on, tech savvy individual who enjoys turning marketing plans into executable automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work alongside the Marketing & Communications team to assist in building of segmentation audiences, journeys, testing and execution for campaign and lifecycle journeys
- Monitor metrics, campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Explore platform capability to enhance the quality and performance of automated journeys with internal and external technology partners

About you:

- Qualifications in Marketing, Data, Computer Science or similar
- Hands on experience using marketing automation platforms to build technical delivery solutions from marketing briefs
- Experience working with large complex data sets, data extraction and analysis to deliver marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective in team collaboration and in communicating complex technical concepts to all stakeholders
