Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the coordination of sales contracts documentation and providing a customer service focus ensuring other administrative activities, reporting and processes enable business success.
- This position is a Maternity Leave backfill position and will be offered initially on a 12-month maximum term contract with full-time hours and based at Peet’s head office in Perth CBD.**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support for the production of sales-related documents and ensuring sales contracts are progressed in conjunction with the external law firm and project team.
- Proactively ensure project deliverables are achieved by engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers by tracking all new sales, administering deposits, and coordinating with external agents, lawyers, and settlement agents to coordinate contracts through to settlement.
- Accurately enters, files, and maintains any database information and Power of Attorney register and ensuring any invoices, insurances, refunds, and deposits are processed accordingly.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports and undertake other administrative support that further enables operational activities.
