6 months to 3 years of age. We are committed to providing high-quality Montessori education that nurtures the holistic development of each child.

We are currently hiring **full-time** educators who are:

- Passionate about Montessori education and philosophy.
- Dedicated to fostering a love of learning in young minds.
- Creative and innovative in their teaching approach.
- Compassionate and nurturing towards children.
- Team players who collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers.

**Job description**:

- Providing basic care for children which includes feeding and changing nappies.
- Developing age-appropriate socialization skills in children.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners.
- Using various learning methods such as stories, games, and drawing to intellectually stimulate children.
- Identifying behavioural problems and developing appropriate strategies to address them.
- Attending staff meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Holding regular parent-teacher meetings to address any issues, concerns, or parent complaints.
- Providing a pleasant, safe, and sanitary environment.
- Communicating with parents and providing updates on children’s progress.

**Salary range**: Annual salary from $63,000 to $90,000 (determined by your qualification and experience.)

**Qualifications required**:Diploma of Education and Care or Bachelor Early Childhood Degree**. **Montessori Diploma (preferred but not essential)
