What you will do:

- Establish a new reception class, transitioning students from numerous preschools/kindergartens/Early Learning centres, collecting information about each child to ensure they are successful when starting school
- Develop and implement engaging learning opportunities tailored to the unique needs and interests of your students
- Establish positive relationships with families and connect them with the school
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student achievement and well-being
- Maintain accurate student records and support individual learning plans
- Collaboratively work with an Early Years learning team to ensure consistency of practice
