You'll join a boutique business which is proud of it's achievements and hungry for the future. Most engineers are risk adverse - not this group of 20. If you're someone who values innovation, you'll love working here.

You'll be mostly office based at a cool spot in Southbank. There's flexibility to work from home as you need but it's probably not going to be regular days every week as this job isn't 'regular'.

Create a digital pathway for yourself that's otherwise quite hard to do in engineering.

**Day to day**
Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and detailed 3D models using BIM software.

You will collaborate closely with others in the design team, to ensure seamless integration all components within the overall project. They like lots of collaboration here.

You may also do some civil design using Civil3D.

You'll think not only about immediate projects but how the business can be better in the future.

**The team**
You'll work with the automation specialist and the IT team as well as civil engineers to make sure the work and effort put in is really effective, future proof.

**Projects**
Projects focus in the built environment. The group also works in land development but it's the buildings side of the business that really needs your expertise.

**What we need from you**:

- Degree or design qualification in civil engineering. IT qualification most welcome if alongside engineering.
- 3-15 years' in civil design roles in Melbourne, consultancy side ideal.
- Flexibility - this is a new role and it'll be a journey
- Confidence to speak up
- Thirst for and a love of innovation
- An unconventional mind
