Our highly regarded consultancy practice is seeking a talented BI Manager to drive the ongoing development and usage of BIM within tier 1 companies.

Our consultancy client is at the forefront of innovative design, committed to advancing the design process through cutting-edge technology. With a diverse portfolio of projects spanning various types and scales, we are dedicated to pushing boundaries and delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish BIM packages and manage workflow for team members
- Manage model set up, coordinate families, coordinate sheets in Newforma or Aconex
- Preform model maintenance
- Leadership in complex REVIT models and coordination on high-profile projects
- Collaborate closely with Project Principals, Project Architects & Associates
- Conduct high-level model coordination, BIM project management, and BIM model standard development
- Act as first point of contact with BIM related questions from design and delivery teams
- Clash Detection in Navisworks (or similar)
- Mentor team members on REVIT systems

Qualifications and Experience:

- Strong expertise in REVIT with advanced knowledge and experience
- Proven track record working on complex projects with a minimum build value of $100M
- Proficiency in Navisworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in BIM Management within an Architectural consultancy on Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Civic or Government projects
