Maintenance Officer

Looking for an experienced and motivated Handyperson/Maintenance Officer to work at our client's their facility based in Wembley.

**The role**:

- Weekly pays
- Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Work commences Immediately or ASAP
- Reporting to Engineering Department's Maintenance Manager.
- Repairs carried out on facility fixtures namely, changing of light bulbs, unclogging of sinks, toilets, moving of furniture, hanging of picture frames, changing of leaking & damaged taps, cleaning aircon filters, cleaning & emptying of bins and maintaining cleanliness on all facilities
- Assist with waste removal and bins on the facility
- Closely working with Engineering and Maintenance staff

**About you**:

- Fit and able to perform the daily tasks on & around the Campus
- Good communication skills
- Flexible with work requests as priorities can change daily
- Able to fit in with the facility Maintenance and Services team and able to work well within a small team environment
- Must hold a current driver’s license and reliable transport
- Hold a National Police Clearance that is not older than 6 months or willing to obtain one
- Have all your basic tools as a Handyperson/Maintenance Officer

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
