The Role

Our Morwell site is located about 150km east of Melbourne, manufacturing a large range of products in yoghurt and dairy desserts including brands such as Farmers Union, Dairy Farmers and Yoplait.

Operating 24 hours a day, six days a week across 9 lines the site is highly automated and is the largest yoghurt facility in Australia.

Work within tight knit and supportive technical team while being given the responsibility to manage your own workload and time.

Play a key role in the site operation ensuring our environmental and quality systems are maintained while identifying opportunities across the site to improve knowledge of regulatory and corporate requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accreditation requirements and technical standards- Be the quality, waste and environmental champion on site ensuring awareness of requirements- Actively engage in the resolution of customer complaints including creating measure to avoid repeat occurrences- Coordinate audits both internal and external- Monitor trends and coordinate investigations into consumer complaints

About you- Tertiary qualification in Food Science or related field or relevant work experience- Previous Exposure to relevant food practices DFSV, DAWR, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, Kosher and Halal.- Passionate about building relationships with a variety of stakeholders- Experience in auditing process and hosting auditors on site- Strong time management skills with ability to manage priorities effectively
