We’re looking for an Tax and Client Reporting Specialist to:
- Manage end to end process of generation and dissemination of customized reports and letters.
- Perform controls and supervisions of the customized statements and letters to validate the completeness, accuracy and timeliness dissemination of statements.
- Working with key stakeholders to understand the data required.
- Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA, Common Reporting Standards (CRS) reporting and supporting QI Reporting process as required.
- Supporting change by identifying and implementing process improvements or cost saving opportunities.
- Ongoing self-development/cross training across Operations.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Asset Transfers team based in Sydney. The team is mandated to provide customized reporting to Wealth Management clients as well as supporting year-end tax reporting requirements for the Australian Wealth Management business. This is an excellent platform for a good work life balance and working environment including remote work options.

**Your expertise**
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- At least 5 years of experience in Private Banking and/or Tax Reporting Function.
- Work experience in FATCA and/or AEI (Automatic Exchange of Information also known as Common Reporting Standard CRS) will be preferred.
- Proficient in Tax and/or regulatory reporting will be preferred
- Product knowledge of private banking products and product event life cycle and how it should be displayed in the client statements will be added advantage
- Have a strong risk mindset and be able to escalate issues and be transparent.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Innovative and able to drive results.
- Strong teamwork skill to collaborate with internal and external teams. Be able to demonstrate a strong partnership and inclusive to all team members.
