**About the role**

You will primarily be responsible for supporting the **Senior Investment and Operations Manager** and work closely with the Finance team to deliver high quality reconciliation services. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Providing assistance to managers during monthly proformas and invoicing
- Reconciling Spectra with media invoices, ensuring there is 100% accuracy
- Liaising with the media team to ensure any discrepancies are in order prior to approval dates.
- Ensuring any account queries received are addressed within 48 hours by the Media team.
- Distribution of invoices and providing support on aged debt, and assisting in month end reports.

**About you**

This is an entry level position and full training will be provided by News Corp Australia. The skills required to be considered for this role are:

- Excellent attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to match.
- Thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and has a solution focused mindset.
- Can multi-task, has excellent planning and organisation skills and works well in a team.
- Prior experience in a Media Reconciliation role is highly desired (6 months +)
- Prior experience using Spectra is not essential but will be highly regarded.
