**Cornerstone Medical Recruitment** are on the hunt for a
**Medical Administrator** who can multitask several administration duties whilst working closely with Specialists in this private practice. A friendly, professional, polite manner is necessary with the ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone is paramount.

**You will receive**:

- Minimum 3 x days per week, full time hours.
- Trained and mentored by the Business Manager.
- Permanent position available for the right person after 6-8 weeks.

**Within this position you will**:

- Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and monitoring the appointment schedule.
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Processing billing and payments and end of day reconciliation using medical software Clinic 2 Cloud.
- Liaising with Medicare and private health funds.
- Set up of doctor’s rooms and general housekeeping such as tidying and cleaning of waiting room when necessary.

**Requirements for this position are**:

- Minimum 3 years working as a Medical Administrator in a private or general practice.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and organise, whilst liaising closely with Specialists.
- Adapts well to change and willing to support in a positive and proactive nature.
- Skills with Microsoft including Outlook and Excel.

Practice opening hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-7:00pm.
