**About the role**

It's an exciting time to join the People and Culture function at NESA. We are in a period of growth, transforming our operating model and re-defining our service offerings across the full range of people deliverables to support exceptional business outcomes. In addition to enhancing delivery of core operational services and pursuing new enabling technology solutions, the People and Culture team is responsible for designing and delivering an exciting agenda of strategic people priorities and workforce programs.

As part of our new operating model, we are standing up a new, centralised Recruitment team and will be progressively advertising a range of vacancies at different grades in this team. The Recruitment Partners will play a key role in designing new processes, embedding stakeholder-focused practices, and partnering with business areas to design and deliver effective talent acquisition approaches.

The Recruitment Partners will have a broad range of responsibilities in an environment where they demonstrate high levels of independence and problem-solving to support, advise, and guide stakeholders, including senior leaders.

On a day-to-day basis this role is responsible for:

- Proactive and high-touch end-to-end recruitment services and advice, including:

- role design, workforce planning, hiring briefs.
- Ensuring a high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy and attention to detail are evident to stakeholders.
- Delivering services with a sense of urgency and ensuring recruitment service metrics are met.
- Ensuring recruitment plans and activities meet legislative requirements and appropriate record keeping is maintained.
