Instead of the usual brick amenity buildings, you might be used to in holiday parks, at Ingenia Holidays Wairo Beach, you’ll find facilities inside set-like buildings that depict a Cobb & Co coach office, pub, general store and petrol station.

When you’re not enjoying what’s on offer within the park’s footprint, step outside its surrounds onto Wairo Beach, the five-kilometre-long stretch of sand which connects Lagoon Head in the north to Lake Tabourie in the south.

Swimming costumes are packing essentials all year round for this holiday park, between the surf waves of Wairo Beach, the resort-style pool or kayaking nearby to be done

**About the Role**

This opportunity is a combination of receptionist and housekeeping responsibilities. The role will predominantly be based front of house at the reception desk reception with some cleaning responsibilities of common areas including the community room and Laundry as well as cleaning of our cabins on occasion.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
- Administrative support including receipting and bookings.
- Showing properties to customers
- Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach to ensure all cleaning requirements are attended to on occasion and to a high standard
- Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy
