About the Location
Located on a secluded stretch of the South Coast of NSW, BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola enjoys absolute lake frontage and is surrounded by national parks.
We offer a variety of cabin accommodation, all with beautiful views of the water, as well as powered caravan and camping sites.
As one of our most picturesque South Coast holiday parks, Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola provides the perfect backdrop for relaxing lakeside holidays.
You can grab a bite to eat at the Lake Conjola Bowling Club, ride your bike along the Monument Beach ride to Bendalong, admire the Narrawallee Creek Nature Reserve, or treat yourself to a coffee at one of the local cafés.
Once you're done exploring everything Lake Conjola has to offer, stay in and enjoy our resort-style swimming pool, splash park, tennis court, minigolf course, jumping cushion and playground.
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly & professional Guest Experience Officers to join our Lake Conjola Holiday Park on a casual basis.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems
About You
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
