**About the opportunity?**
The Workforce Planning Analyst supports HBFs Member Services function, which includes our Contact Centre, Branches and Production & Operations functions. The role will be responsible for the development, creation and optimisation of workforce planning, data and analytics, forecasting and modelling. The role plays an integral part in ensuring HBF can be there for our members in the moments that matter.
You will work closely with leaders across the Member Services business and the Workforce Optimisation team to build strong working relationships to innovate, create and deliver results that positively impact employee wellbeing and member outcomes. Combined with a strong background in the core elements of forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning and data analytics, the role delivers short to medium term planning for the function.

We don’t do workforce planning in it’s traditional old school contact centre ways, so we want someone who can think flexibly and laterally in problem solving, is open minded and can adapt to the concept of delivering flexible working options and solutions for frontline workforces. Key skills and attributes that will ensure your success in the role include;
- Previous workforce planning experience in an omni channel environment
- Advanced analytics and numerical reasoning skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, relationship management and negotiation skills
- A challenger attitude and approach - an innovator who enjoys looking at problems with fresh eyes and not accepting the way things have always been done
