**About the team**:

**About the role**:
As part of the Supply Chain function as part of the wider Health & Home portfolio, you will work with our category teams, supply planners and our suppliers to oversee demand and supply elements with a focus on our Health, Beauty and Baby portfolio. You will strive to meet customer expectations through great sales forecasting. You will prepare, manage, and coordinate forecasts to minimise waste whilst simultaneously optimising stock availability at stores. This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months.

You'll also:

- Manage baseline, promotion, and event forecasts across the category portfolio
- Analyse and interpret data utilising Supply Chain systems
- Contribute to the planning and execution for the improvement of promotions and new product development
- Communicate confidently across a breadth of stakeholders and teams
- Collaborate with varied category stakeholders, suppliers, and supply planners

**About you and your skills**:
In this varied role where you will have exposure to both demand and supply and you will be part of a dedicated team. This opportunity will leverage your proven demand experience and provide the ability for genuine impact with varied development opportunities available
- Experience in the demand planning management, (forecasting and replenishment), for stores Nationally
- Strong analytical and Excel skills which allow you to perform complex data analysis and modelling
- Systems excellence - experience working with advanced stock forecasting and replenishment systems and processes
- A team player approach with well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills allowing you to build effective relationships.
