**The Role**

As our **Product Manager **for Insights your responsibilities will include:

- Analyse complex business cases via large datasets providing insights to stakeholders.
- Lead the development of self-service reporting, dashboarding, BI and analytics tooling and practices for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and introduce industry leading digital measurement and analytical tools and approaches in all areas of the business.
- Perform Scrum Product Owner duties including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, daily stand-ups, PR testing, retrospectives, product showcases, etc.
- Work with customers, the SCRUM team, the UX manager and other team members to put together the detailed specifications for new product features and get sign-off in preparation for the squad to implement these new features.
- Work with the Marketing, Partnership and Customer Success teams to prepare documentation, marketing material, training material, and self-help documentation for the launch of any new features and assist with proposal responses.
- Provide training and documentation to internal stakeholders on current products, product enhancements and new products before they go to market.
- Ensure product defects are identified early, communicated appropriately, and resolved quickly. Taking ownership of problems and being proactive to ensure they never occur again.
- Develop a vision for the product line and have clear requirements and deliver the required outcome.

**About the Team**

As our Product Owner, you will be part of one of the Squads and report to our Director of Product in the Product Team.

You will be working in an agile environment, engaging with multiple vendors and internal cross-functional squads of top specialists.

You will work closely with several partners and clients to build a fantastic experience for our clients and continuously challenge and push forward industry best practice standards in telehealth.

You will be part of an extremely fast-paced product management team capable of taking on big challenges and delivering great outcomes.

**Desirable experience and skills**
- Strong product experience working in an Agile environment. Cross functional team and vendor management experience. Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle, SCRUM and commercial project management.
- Proven track record of providing business insights from big data sets. Experience working with BI tools, analytics, dashboards and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of common product management, wire-framing, testing and analytics tools (Jira, G-suite, Google Analytics, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud fundamentals, experience in SaaS/PaaS environments.
- Excellent technical and non-technical problem-solving skills.
- Good sense of humour and positive energy.
- Integrity and Authenticity - one team approach, openness, and ability to tackle things and communication as simple and clear as possible.
- Attention to detail, planning and execution. Excellence in time management and facilitation. Strong strategic thinking skills.

**You might also bring**
- Product management skills in healthcare.
- Understanding of AWS Datalakes, BI tools, Analytics, Data pipelines and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of databases, SQL, efficiency in querying and analysing big data
