The Deli by Greenhorns currently has 2 cafes and a popular catering business based in Perth and we are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Cafe Manager to join the team. As part of our Operations Management Team, you’ll be essential in the operations of the cafes and catering services.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, has a passion for customer service and has the ability to help grow the business.

**The role**

As the F&B Manager you’ll be reporting directly to the Directors of the business. Your main priority is the operations of the cafes and catering services. You will ensure the day to day activities are delivered to a high standard by careful planning and efficient management of staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning menus and food preparation in consultation with Chefs
- Planning and organising catering orders and deliveries
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
- Selecting, training and supervising front of house and kitchen staff
- Take orders, greet guests and assist in taking orders

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within hospitality
- Prior experience in staff management, training and HR practices
- Excellent business acumen and experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting & controlling.
- Strong knowledge of labour costs and other expenses
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues
- The ability to build internal & external professional relationships

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Weekend availability

- PERTH, WA 6000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
