**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Digital Product Manager to join the Digital Product and Development team working on the Digital Product Portfolio of Fitness & Lifestyle Group's (FLG) ANZ Brands' including Goodlife Health Clubs, Fitness First, Zap and Jett's New Zealand. This opportunity is available as a 9-month contract role (maternity cover) with the possibility of this becoming a permanent role.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery and working within the cross-functional Product and Development team, this role will also work closely with the wider-IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data and Finance teams playing an integral part in the identification, development and delivery of features that will enhance our customers' experience across our industry leading fitness brands' digital products.
FLG is committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance. This is a hybrid role, mixing 60/40 office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and work-from-home responsibilities.

You are someone who thrives on being the voice of the customer and will find delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth both exciting and fulfilling. You will be someone with experience in developing and executing continuous discovery processes and driving continuous delivery via data-driven decision-making with a focus on adding customer and business value. You will understand the value of shipping changes to customers quickly for feedback versus waiting until all the team and stakeholders agree they're 100% perfect.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in successfully delivering from scratch or enhancing an existing end-to-end customer journey which includes an ecommerce aspect. Bonus points if you have experience in extending this journey across a member's tenure by offering up well-designed self-service features available via a web-based portal or mobile app.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**:
Alongside the wider Product team, taking ownership of the development and delivery of a digital product roadmap which results in an increase in conversions, member retention, engagement and customer satisfaction
- Working with the wider Product team to develop continuous discovery approaches to enable data-driven member-centric continuous delivery
- Working alongside the Marketing Technology team members to identify and deliver enhancements to the existing customer journeys
- Identifying other revenue-generating initiatives based on domain and industry knowledge
- Playing a “hands-on” role in product testing
- Serving the team in a Product Owner capacity including keeping the product backlog populated, refined and prioritised based on the product roadmap prioritisation
- Development and monitoring of Objectives and Key Results as a way of measuring success and ensuring the team (via products) are delivering value to the business and customers
- Nurturing and developing the Agile, data-driven, customer-centric culture in our team and the wider business
- Keeping abreast of industry news and trends relevant to our space

**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need**:
Essential
- Previous experience in a Digital Product Manager / Product Owner role
- A passion for and proven track record of successful identification, development and delivery of digital product initiatives with positive impacts to conversion, customer retention, engagement and overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Product management experience in B2C environment which included an ecommerce aspect
- Experience in execution of continuous discovery and delivery practices
- Experience using Atlassian's Jira Discovery or similar tool to manage prioritisation of a roadmap, record relevant insights, track progress and link dependencies
- Experience collaborating across various tools including multiple CMSs, E-commerce platforms, Testing tools, Analytics Platforms and Design tools
- Experience developing product across extensive and evolving tech stacks
- Experience in use of A/B testing processes to provide insights for data-driven decision making
- Experience gathering consumer insights and using data analytics to make informed decisions that drive customer engagement and revenue growth

Desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualification in an Information Technology or related discipline
- Experience in a similar role in the retail/leisure industry
- Experience in working in an Agile, cross-functional, hybrid co-located/virtual product team
- Experience using Atlassian's Jira in conjunction with Confluence (or similar) for writing and refining user stories, backlog management and sprint management
- Experience in working alongside Marketing team members to support CRO and SEO-related changes which impact Digital Products
