**About the team**

Digital Product Operations is tasked with scaling the operations of the end-to-end digital products development lifecycle and empowering the teams to deliver digital products that increase value and reusability for Rio Tinto.

**About the role**

The Manager of Product Operations will lead an experienced group to scale digital product operations and drive greater empowerment and accountability for digital product teams.

**About you**

You are a strategic thinker with demonstrable ability to align business direction and product operations capability.
- Product Lifecycle Management_

Operationalise and Scale - you have developed and implemented efficient processes to streamline entire product development lifecycles, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Process Improvement - you are able to conduct regular evaluations of product management processes to identify areas for improvement. Propose, develop, and implement enhancements aligned with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Integration principles.

Metrics and Reporting - proven experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Generate regular reports on product performance, identify issues, and implement effective resolution strategies.
- Product Governance and Funding_

OKR Framework - familiar with implementation of robust OKR framework to set clear goals, track progress so that they ensure alignment with our business objectives.

Budget and Funding - overseen product budgets, allocated resources effectively and developed funding strategies to support product development and growth.

Governance Framework - established and maintained governance guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and adherence to standards across digital products.
- Vendor Management and Collaboration_

Vendor Oversight - Manage relationships with external vendors involved in digital product development. Ensure vendors deliver quality services, meet deadlines and adhere to contractual obligations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Foster a collaborative environment among digital product teams and stakeholders. Promote knowledge sharing, alignment of goals and effective communication to drive product success.
