This position will give you the opportunity to hone your generalist knowledge and be supported to learn and grow. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the People and Culture Manager.
- Assist in contract management.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee database, ensuring documentation is accurate and handled efficiently.
- Provide HR assistance and guidance to Employees, Managers and Partners in areas such as policies and procedures, training, performance, flexible work arrangements and other pertinent matters.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for internal process improvement and developing systems and processes to ensure streamlined and efficient HR operations.

We are searching for someone who can meet most of the following selection criteria:

- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
- Two to three years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administration position.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Understanding of complex matters relating to Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Remuneration and Benefits, Performance Management and Organisational Development.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering priorities in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work to a deadline.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.

Successful applicants will need to provide a current National Police Clearance and have Australian working rights.
