Auto Masters has built a reputation for high quality customer service and workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our knowledgeable, hard working and friendly Glenelg team.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Supervise the effective operation of the workshop and ensure that all staff are supported and able to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Create and maintain strong customer, client and supplier relationships
- Manage and report on the weekly and monthly KPI’s and targets to head office
- Use your knowledge and understanding of brands and products to promote them accordingly
- Abide by our Quality Assurance System
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment for staff and customers
**ABOUT YOU**
- A hardworking mindset with a genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Provide a genuine service and lead by example to create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
- At least two (2) years recent experience in managing an automotive service centre or equivalent and a proven track-record in sales within the automotive industry is desirable
- Trade qualification is desirable but not essential
- Valid SA Driver’s licence
- Must reside in Australia and be a Permanent Resident or a Citizen
